| RANTER Definition: A person who talks in a loud and excited way. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Voice level will be increased and emotion of euphoria, enthusiasm, etc. will be made stronger; hyperactivity will not be normal. 2. What will be responsible for the state will be known or suspected, whether or not thing has happened or is about to occur or is ongoing. 3. Some gain or a message will be hoped to be secured or passed on, from expressing feelings in particular way or in high-spirited manner. 4. Loud and excited talk will continue uninterrupted, and without any accompanying physical action, for a reasonable period of time. 5. 'Loudmouth' will not suffer an unplanned loss, disadvantage, etc. as a consequence, whatever response he/she gets from rantings. 6.
