That is, quality is pure (see definition, to emphasize). ________________ NOT 'ACID' ! 4. Fall was foreseen or forecast. That is, rain was 'prepared' for. 5. Water lands on where prayed or hoped (connect to #4). 6. Starts and lasts for period desired - seconds or minutes or hours or longer - not too late ! 7. Quantity of water is as wished for, but not so much that it destroys massively or turn into a flood or cause a landslide, or so little that it results in an unplanned loss or losses. That is, water that falls does not wreck havoc. _____________________________________ NOT SCANTY OR TORRENTIAL !! 8. Does not disturb plan(s) or programme(s), whether this/these is/are ongoing or in the pipeline. That is, water falls at the right time/period/season. 9. No fallout or negative after effects, such as an illness (= flu, etc.), road accident, unplanned overflow of water, etc. from rain or a deluge. 10.
