| RADICAL (1) Definition: A person with radical opinions (= ideas that are different and likely to have a great effect; that favour complete and thorough political or social change). ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Person has a purpose and considers position a necessity. 2. Opinions are self-developed or self-owned. That is, beliefs are original or cultivated by the person with these. 3. Person is never found wanting. That is, pronouncements and acts or actions are not contradictory and at cross purposes with beliefs. _____________ 4. Acts and/or actions are not illegal, even as, or if these are against the norms of the society. 5. (Reserved.) (Person does not believe in the Almighty - God is too slow/sluggish/soft, etc. to effect change!). 6. Person can and will 'walk the talk'. That is, will do all that is propounded in theories (connect to #3). _____________ 7. Bears or can bear the consequences of actions or inaction, or of the ideas, proposals, etc. offered - whatever these are. 8. Person never renounces beliefs till the end. And even after his or her goal(s) is/are achieved. That is, 'change agent' never regrets. _____________ 9. Opinions propagated are never mainly for self or for selfish reasons. (To emphasize.) 10.
