| RADAR TRAP Definition: (British English) A place on a road where police use special equipment to catch drivers who are going too fast. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary - but mainly for the police ! 2. Equipment are complete and in excellent working order. 3. Police personnel manning equipment are alert and in the best frame of mind at the location on road. _____________ 4. Equipment are reasonably well hidden from oncoming vehicles. 5. Equipment cannot cause an injury or damage to handler(s) or vehicles/drivers being targeted. 6. Point is not marked on the road or with a warning sign, and is not on a satellite navigator.
