Has a purpose and considers dishonesty/illegality necessary. 2. Makes 'substantial' sums to survive or live on from the dishonesty or illegality. 3. Person has a qualification to be engaged in a legal venture or to be employed in a lawful business (connect to #5). _____________ 4. Immediate family or friends/acquaintances are never fully aware of the complete details of what person is engaged in. 5. Monies made from illegal activities are invested in legal and profitable activities (to emphasize). 6. Involvement in illegalities does not include the taking of a human life or human lives. _____________ 7. Person does not have a serious business partner or partners - only emergency collaborator(s) and temporary associate(s). 8. No unplanned loss occurs to this person in the course of carrying out dishonest or illegal activities. _____________ 9. 'Criminal' does not broadcast deeds and will never be caught. 10. Activities (= lying, lawbreaking, etc.) achieves objective(s). 11. Person plans to, or is always claiming (= planning) that he or she will, give up the activities, but never will.
