Definition: A person who is easy to persuade or to influence.

1. Has no real desire to make a breakthrough or to record a great feat or gain or defend a desire or position.

2. Never asks probing questions, does not embark on an in-depth research, makes no pungent observation, exhibits no confidence, etc.

3. Will not become immediately aware of an advantage that would be lost as a result of being easy to persuade. And will not realise the implication of being a 'soft touch'.

4. Person's underbelly will be fully and permanently exposed. That is, there will be no possibility of a resistance, refusal, fightback, opposition, etc. to an approach aimed at convincing this person.

5. Will not demand for anything, as a condition, before acquiescence, agreement or shift in position. And where a demand is made, process of providing or supplying wants or needs will be a no-brainer.

6. Complaints, discontent, disaffection or dissatisfaction, if any, will never come to the fore. That is, person will bear or tolerate any situation that he or she finds himself/herself in.
