Purposeful and necessary. 2. Target or objective (still) in sight. 3. Target or objective is believed attainable. 4. Does not involve extra, unplanned expenses in terms of time, energy, money, etc. 5. Will be beneficial, in the opinion of who is pursuing (to him or her, and hopefully, to the larger society as well). 6.
