Purposeful to embark on activity. 2. Considered a necessity to acquire things. 3. Things to be bought will be authorized and be as requested or directed by the appropriate official(s) or department(s) of company. 4. Best offers in terms of quality and prices are obtained for the goods acquired or services secured. 5. All legal obligations will be fulfilled in the course of activity. That is, appropriate taxes, returns, declarations, etc. will be made by both buyer/receiver and seller/supplier. 6. Payments made will be with genuine cash or financial instruments. And payments/transfers, etc. will be effected timely, completely and/or as in the contract terms. 7. It will be ensured that things bought are delivered timely to the correct warehouse, collection or delivery point, factory floor, etc. 8. (Reserved.)
