Specific and identifiable. (To emphasize, connect to #3.) 2. Hole is measurable and/or assessable. (See definition.) 3. Can be patched for tyre to become useful or usable again. 4. Will not ordinarily bring a delay, an unplanned loss, major expenditure, etc. And does not lead to a serious problem, whether immediately or in the future. 5. (Reserved.)
