Purposeful and necessary, especially for the publisher(s). 2. Profession is regulated and/or business is legally registered. And entity or endeavour fulfils all legal obligation, even if it does not perform corporate social responsibility. 3. Materials, transcripts, write-ups, articles, etc. etc. are all requested, submitted and collected or collated. 4. Compilation, editing, preparation, arrangement, etc. of the selected materials, takes place. 5. Typing, typesetting, printing, binding, packaging, etc. are all properly concluded. 6. Activities are concluded timely and final output made ready for prompt release to the public, to help serve purpose(s). 7. Promotion, publicity, advertisement, display, etc. happens as desired, to get product to the end users, at whatever price. 8.
