| PUBLIC NUISANCE (2) Definitions: i. (informal) A person or thing that annoys a lot of people. ii. If something or someone is, or causes, a public nuisance, they break the law by harming or annoying members of the public. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. There will be nothing beneficial or useful in person or thing. That is, cause of annoyance will have no saving grace. _______________________________ See perfect ROTTEN APPLE. 2. Complaints, appeals, pleadings, etc. that will be made by members of the public will mean nothing to annoyance. __________________________________ See perfect POISONED CHALICE. 5. The instrument of law or the use of force cannot be deployed to stop or prevent, or punish or sanction, the annoying person or thing. _______________________________ See perfect HARMFULNESS. 6. Harm that will be caused will be impossible to easily or quickly forget. And an apology will not be offered in situation.
