Or the proper sex education had been imparted on youngster to make the need for enquiries unnecessary. __________________ 5. Organs are completely healthy - no cancerous growth(s), no low sperm count, no flabby or flaccid 'parts', etc. 6. Period of development is appropriate. That is, growth starts and is completed during the adolescent and teenage years. __________________ 7. Development or growth is completely natural - no medicinal application(s) or medical operation(s) or unnatural activities to enhance or accelerate 'sprouting' or 'protrusion' of organ(s). 8. Capability of this person to (re)produce (= to have children) is not in doubt. (This may only be known later though.) __________________ CONGRATULATIONS.
