Building is well-built and structured and properly arranged in terms of air conditioning, airiness, ventilation, fire exits, etc. 8. Place is well-managed or run. That is, workers (= employees/owner, etc.) are efficient, effective and honest. In other words, business makes profit in the long run. __________________ 9. Surroundings and inside of building is comfortable. That is, necessary entertainment (= music, in-door games, television, etc.) and facilities (= communication, conveniences, seating, etc.) are readily available for patron(s). 10. Place is lawfully registered and observes the official or legal opening and closing hours. __________________ 11. Prices of drinks, food, space, etc. is affordable for patron(s) (connect to #8). 12.
