PROVING GROUND

Definition: A place where something such as a new machine, vehicle or weapon can be tested.

1. Purposeful and necessary (connect to #8).

2. Not an illegal place. That is, an 'experimentation' or a trial run will not be prohibited in particular place.

3. Conditions or ambience of place will be as exactly desired at the time of trial.

4. Accessibility will be guaranteed or assured at any time.

5. Place will be thoroughly receptive and completely usable, amenable, controllable, etc. That is, cannot bring an unplanned loss, etc. to processes or procedures that will happen therein.

6. Will be available for use (= test(s), trial(s), etc.) for the length of time or period desired.

7. Cannot be damaged, destroyed, despoiled, etc. as a direct outcome of usage, unless the possibility or likelihood of a spoilage, etc. is present by the nature of place and form(s) of test(s) to be done.

8. Will serve purpose(s), exactly as hoped or designed for, but only if and when a test or trial is properly conducted.
