Directed towards the rightful person/organization, who witness action and/or receive complaint (to emphasize). ________________ GUARANTEED. 7. Protest lasts for a duration considered appropriate. 8. Person or thing to which opposition/disagreement is addressed clearly understands the issue(s) involved. _____________________________ SENSIBLE AND REASONABLE. 9.
