Purposeful and necessary to have the legislative body in abeyance. 2. Suspension will have the force of law; can't be declared illegal. 3. Law making functions will not be performed by another body. 4. Suspension lasts or holds for a reasonable period of time. 5. All the members will resume on the parliament being recalled. 6. Parliamentarians get their due entitlements during period. 7. No fallout will occur on resumption by the politicians. 8.
