Thing to be done is specific and identifiable; problem or task is not indeterminate or is not intractable. 4. How to carry out intention can be measured and/or assessed; what needs to be done, possessed, etc. to deal with problem or task, will not be unquantifiable or immeasurable. 5. Intention has been well-thought and thing decided as doable; problem or task has been considered in all its entirety or ramifications. 6. (Reserved.)
