| PROMPTING Definition: (also - promptings) An act of persuading somebody to do something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for persuader(s). 2. Thing to be done is specific and identifiable. 3. Act commences and concludes timely to help achieve objective(s). 4. What will be required to be done will not ordinarily be illegal or immoral or illicit. 5. Thing being requested to be done will be confirmed as doable by particular person being persuaded. 6. Approach or method of persuasion will not include a threat, physicality, blackmail, etc. That is, comments or speech, acts or activity, etc. aimed at convincing person, will be considered as reasonable and/or acceptable by who is being persuaded. 7. Risk(s) or danger(s), if any, in what is expected to be done, will not be undisclosed to who is being persuaded. And support or the wherewithal would be provided, where required by who is to do thing. 8. Effective and, therefore, successful.
