| PROFESSIONALIZATION Definition: The practice of making an activity more professional, for example by paying people who take part in it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements would be in. 1. Pay or payment does not come late for those directly involved in the activity (= professionals). That is, the wage regime is guaranteed and stable (to emphasize). 9.
