Purposeful and necessary. And entails the capacity or capability to separate the fact from a feeling. 2. High standard is retained or maintained in a lawful manner. ____________ 5. Performance is A-grade. That is, competence shown by the person's effectiveness and efficiency can not be matched by a person who is not equally well trained. And may not be bettered by this person ! In other words, it is all about doing effectively and efficiently what you have to do !! 6. Person seeks to constantly improve. That is, high standard is always being attempted to be improved on. And person does not use a substandard or inferior product (where applicable). And if or where this occurs, it will be one (a mistake) of the heart, not of the head. 8. Appropriate remuneration for, or acknowledgment of high standard is received/established.
