That is, there is honesty and efficiency in watching over 'free' criminal. __________________ 5. Crime committed is comparatively minor (to emphasize). 6. Regularity of checks is considered reasonable. (Suggestion: every other day.) __________________ 7. No other crime is committed by this person being monitored, while on 'parole'! 8.
