No price will need to be paid to enjoy this right or advantage. 4. No negatives or losses, planned or unplanned, arises from the possession and use of special right/advantage. 5. Has terms and conditions to be fulfilled before it is used, whether this is established by convention or written down. That is, special right/advantage is not unconditional or unlimited. 6. Serves purpose(s) as intended. That is, useful or used positively; never abused. 7.
