Terms of the sale are very clear. That is, no unresolved issues arise from sale after the transactions are concluded. 6. Buyers, that is, new owners, are not mainly privileged members of the government or their cronies/fronts. __________________ 7. No loss of jobs arises from acquisition by the new owners. Or former employees or laid off staff will be compensated (to emphasize). 8. Business or industry is well run on transfer to the new owners.
