Purposeful and necessary for who deals specially with particular thing. 2. Thing was on 'the list'. That is, a list of priorities exists. __________________ 3. Thing is attended to timely and before the others 'behind' it. And after the other(s) ahead, if any, has/have been finished with! 4. Thing is completely, properly and fully treated: finished with before proceeding to the next 'important' thing (connect to #3). __________________ 5.
