Definition: [ ~ (in something/in doing something) ] A feeling of pleasure or satisfaction that you get when you or people who are connected with you have done something well or own something that other people admire.

1. Purposeful (?), even if others think it unnecessary.

2. Whole. That is, feeling is genuine, not fake or tainted with a doubt, jealousy, etc.

3. Feeling has a limit or is controllable. That is, not a pleasure or satisfaction that will lead to being overexcited and possibly, subsequent 'trouble' for the possessor or achiever.
