Considered relevant and vital for quality, especially if place or thing is man-made, to remain in state ... prose or poise or pose. 2. Complete level of satisfaction is had with quality. That is, there will be no desire for a beautification, change, improvement, etc. 3. Place or thing cannot ordinarily be made more beautiful, better tuned or more magnificent. That is, place or thing will most likely remain in a certain permanent, unchangeable state or condition. 4. The resources and time that will be spent in viewing or admiration of, hearing about or listening to, place or thing is reasonable - not excessive such that more importance will be assumed for it. 5.
