| PRESERVATION (2) Definition: The act of making sure that something is kept. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessity, either by law of own freewill. That is, no illegality is committed by ensuring that thing is kept or in the manner the thing is kept. ________________________ WHATEVER THE THING. 3. Access to or contact with thing is controlled and/or restricted. That is, an unauthorized person/animal or thing cannot get close to the thing. 4. Thing is protected from the elements and from the other stronger forces of nature: windstorm, tsunamis, etc. ________________________ HOWEVER BEING KEPT. 5. Container, packaging, etc. is appropriate. That is, environment or place where positioned or placed is conducive, tolerable and cannot damage or destroy thing. 6. No use of the thing. Or use is as exactly required - strictly under control - to ensure that thing is still in intact in wherever it is. __________________________ WHATEVER THE PURPOSE. 7. Thing is possessed, whether stolen or owned or borrowed or held under appropriate authority. (To emphasize, see definition.) 8.
