There is a realization or an awareness that a situation can change without warning or a forewarning. That is, person is not in a trance or reverie or maximally preoccupied. 2. Appreciation by study, assessment, examination or observation is quick and proper and occurs as the events are changing, not before, soon or towards the end! 3. Quality and/or speed of response must be appropriate and exact. 5. Decision must be right in the circumstances.
