| PREPARATION (1) Definitions: i. [ ~ (for something) ] The act or process of getting ready for something or making something ready. ii. To get ready for by study, work, practice, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. That is, a need or reason for aiming to achieve an end exists. 2. For a specific end. That is, what is being prepared for is clearly known or/and identifiable. 3. There is an awareness of the time, place, etc. for the actual act or event that will take place. This helps in the planning, etc. 4. There is the wherewithal - ability, skill, experience, data, etc. to fulfil goal(s). And the necessary ingredients are gathered or collected and managed or handled properly. 5. Rehearsal(s), test(s), testing(s), if need be, takes or will take place. (Connect to #4.) 6. The activities involved in getting ready are properly and comprehensively supervised (where necessary or applicable). 7. No casualty or vital loss during period of preparation, which can affect eventual action. That is, everything required to be done, to get ready goes well. 8. Timely commenced and completed, early or not. That is, the process(es) and procedure(s) is/are fine-tuned appropriately and serves purpose(s), waiting ... .
