Purposeful and believed necessary - whether used or unused. 2. Power or influence is possessed for duration wished for by holder/user. 3. Power or influence is earned or established by law. That is, there was a contest/process before it was attained/conferred. __________________ 4. State in needs no support or aid or addition to be effective. That is, power or influence is complete and fully owned or possessed. 5. Effective, that is, the others recognize and respect superiority. 6. Power or influence is properly used. That is, authority is not misused. In other words, predominance serves purpose(s) positively. __________________ 7. Result of use of power or influence benefits not only the possessor/user, but also those it is greater than (connect to #5). 8.
