PRECONCEPTION (1)

Definitions:

i. An idea or opinion that is formed before you have enough information or experience.

ii. Your preconceptions about something are beliefs formed about it before you have enough information or experience.

1. Purposeful and considered necessary to arrive at early conclusions.

2. Time and space required to gather more information or to engage in more activities will be diminishing or more scarce, fewer, lesser, etc.

3. What is formed is sure, confirmed - not debatable (to emphasize).

4. Additional information or more experience, if and when this is later obtained or acquired, will not drastically change a previously formed idea or opinion.
5. Thoughts mistakenly formed will lead to an action or inaction, but which will be slightly different from that which would have been, if the patience had been exercised to garner additional information or to acquire further experience.

6. No loss or disadvantage would be suffered as a direct consequence of the early making up of the mind. That is, insufficient idea, opinion or beliefs will not be harmful in the long run.
