| PRECENTOR (1) Definition: Person who leads the singing in a church. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have leader. 2. Participates fully in the rehearsals, if any. 3. Knows wordings of song by heart. And sings without a mistake. 4. His or her voice, pitch, etc. will be considered suitable, right. 5. Excellent sight-reader, especially where new songs are to be sung. 6. Believes in the religion of Christianity, not just a 'sweet voice'. 7. Remains the lead 'vocalist' from the beginning and till the last line or word of a refrain or chorus or hymn or song. 8. Makes no gesticulations or won't wink or establish physical contact with the other singers, during the activity. 9.
