Definition: A statement saying or proving that a criticism is false or unfair before the criticism has actually been made.

1. Purposeful for who makes statement or provides proof.

2. Considered as necessary, to save time, as there would be no doubt that criticism would have been made.

3. Criticism would have been very acerbic; clearly damaging.

4. Statement will be completely true or proof is irrefutable.

5. Statement is detailed (connect to #9).

6. Statement is released timely.

7. Comment is appropriately directed (connect to #8).

8. Statement is not challenged. That is, achieves its objective(s). In other words, criticism earlier intended is not made after all and denial and proof is admitted as correct and true.

9. Statement is basically not itself a criticism of the falsehood or unfairness that would have been made: just a denial or 'disapproval'.
