| POSTING (2) Definition: If a member of an armed force gets a posting to a particular place, they are sent to live and work there for a period. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary as decided by the high command. 2. Authority will be released at the right time and after due process. 3. Place posted to will not be that of/for a lower/junior status/rank. 4. Reception and accommodation, on resumption, will be OK, or all the allowances due will be paid. 5.
