Definition: The situation of not liking to lend things or to share things with others.

1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. Thing is fully owned by possessor.

3. Thing has no viable replacement or alternative, at the particular time that it is demanded to be borrowed or required to be shared.

5. Thing can only be properly handled by owner, in the owner's estimation (connect to #4).
