Definition: A situation of being socially correct but not always sincere.

1. Purposeful, to be socially correct but likely to be insincere.

2. Necessity, that is, considered vital to be polite at the specific occasion or time/period.

3. Correctness is full and whole, not in part.

4. Inability to be sincere results in some psychological loss for the socially correct person.

5. It is known by the others, from the antecedents or reputation or actions or inactions of the person being socially correct, that behaviour is insincere.

6. 'Play-acting' is tolerated while it lasts (connect to #5).

7. No damage, injury, etc. occurs to the the person being socially correct (connect to #4).

8. Act or action achieves objective(s). That is, social correctness serves purpose(s).
