| POLISH (2) Definition: An act of polishing something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize, connect to #2). 2. Necessary, that is, considered vital to perform act. 3. Preliminaries are correctly done - preparation, selection, separation or division, spread, removal, etc., as applicable. 4. Substance to be rubbed on thing is applied - in adequate quantity. 5. Substance is left, for the appropriate period, in the right state or condition or location, on thing to be polished, to have desired effect (where applicable) (connect to #4). 6. Force is applied on thing by machine or equipment, with the necessary tool or material(s). That is, brushing or rubbing, as appropriate, is properly done. 7. No damage occurs to the equipment or hand or tool with which thing is polished (connect to #6). 8. Result of act turns out as exactly hoped for. 9.
