| POISON PEN LETTER Definition: An unpleasant letter which is not signed and is intended to upset the person who receives it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for writer (to emphasize). 2. Letter is read completely by whom it is addressed to, even after seeing that letter is unsigned! __________________ 3. Contents of letter are clear, whether true or untrue, short or lengthy, manual or electronic type or written in pencil, ink or blood! __________________ 4. Reader is upset after reading missive. That is, letter achieves objective(s). 5. Upset leads to negative, illegal or immoral action(s). And to a loss or losses as a consequence of act(s). __________________ 6. Anonymous writer is never known for sure - no chance of a reply or revenge or bollocking. 7. (Reserved.)
