| ACT OF GOD Definition: An event that is beyond human control, especially one in which something is damaged or someone is hurt. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. * [See perfect ACT OF GOD.] 1. Purposeful and necessary, even if only the Creator knows. 2. Specific and identifiable, measurable and/or assessable. 3. Unavoidable and inevitable, though destruction or pain can be studied, examined and understood. And an attempt, if any, that will be made to prevent occurrence or happening will surely fail. 4. (Reserved.) (Cannot be claimed as having being contributed to by the action or inaction of man. That is, source and/or cause cannot be in doubt or dispute: no bone of contention. And no man should try to justify the Maker's intentions!) 5. Thing damaged or destroyed can be repaired or restored and hurt will heal or can be assuaged. And damage will not be attempted to be apologized for by humans; pain caused will not cause a prolonged unplanned loss to sufferer. That is, no brooding, over event, that will last an unnecessarily long time. 6. Can never really be fully prepared for, even if occurrence of event is suspected or anticipated, expected or forecasted. And no one should be punished, in its aftermath, for 'dereliction' of duty. 7. Will cause no serious concern.
