Poetic licence
POETIC LICENCE

Definitions:

i. The freedom to change facts, the normal rules of language, etc. in a special piece of writing or speech in order to achieve a particular effect.

ii. If someone such as a writer or film director uses poetic licence, they break the normal rules of language or style, or they change the facts, in order to create a particular effect.

1. Purposeful and necessary for who has 'licence' and breaks rules.

2. Not stated or mentioned during narration, in writing, etc. as the basis for writing or talk or presentation.

3. What will be said or written or done will be completely error-free.

4. Reader, watcher, listener, etc., will not ask a question or seek clarification from new changed words, methods, etc.

5. Choice or change will achieve goal(s) (connect #3 & #4). That is, an understanding will be obtained by the audience and the desired effect will be created by the writer, speaker, director, etc.
