Purposeful, even if only the 'boss' (pastor, bishop, etc.) knows. 2. Considered a necessity (connect to #1). __________________ 3. No other person or persons within the organization is/are free or available or capable of doing one or some of the work (to emphasize). 4. Both or all the positions are 'manned' effectively. That is, the two or more jobs are done efficiently and as exactly listed in their schedules of duties. __________________ 5. The 'pay' is good and received for both or all the jobs. 6. Goal(s) is/are achieved by the arrangement (connect to #3). __________________ 7.
