Definition: (formal) A situation in which there is a large supply of food, money, etc.

1. Purposeful and believed necessary, whether designed or accidental.

2. Money, food, etc. is of the appropriate quality or type or form.

3. Supply is accessible, reachable in good time. And there will be no request for some more as a reserve or 'buffer' (to emphasize).

4. Food, money, etc. is useful or usable. That is, staple or crops, currency and worth, etc. will be beneficial to possessor.
