PIT STOP (1)

Definition: (in motor racing) An occasion when a car stops during a race for more fuel, etc.

1. Purposeful and necessary (connect to #2).

2. Planned. That is, stop is not as a result of a problem with car and/or driver.

3. Stop was at the right pit! (To emphasize.)

4. Activities carried out at the time of stop are done efficiently and effectively. That is, duration at stop point is as arranged or preplanned.

5. No member of team is injured at stop point.

6. No damage to the racing car at the point of stop.
