Has a purpose and considers form of labour/payment as necessary. 2. Does work excellently and proudly - effectively and efficiently. 3. Modality of calculating amount is known by worker, before the start of labour. 4. (Reserved.) (Will not deliberately cause a damage or despoil such that will result in an unplanned budgetary expenditure for employer.) 5. Does enough work to be able to earn a substantial sum of money. 6. Achieves goal(s). That is, effort serves purpose(s).
