| PIECE (6) Definition: [ ~ (of something) ] A single item of writing, art, music, etc. that has been produced or created. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to produce or create item. 2. Completely and correctly produced or created, even if only originator (= producer or creator) understands or knows this. 3. Product or creation (= write-up or article, portrait or painting, record or performance, etc.) will be useful to the members of the public. That is, there will be a readership, customer support base, airplay, sales, etc. as applicable. 4. Identity of producer or creator will not be in doubt. That is, mark, registration number, code, information, relevant particulars, etc. will be provided or available to verify a claim. In other words, ownership of patent or trade mark will not be in dispute. 5. There will be a satisfaction with the quality/standard of writing, artistry, performance, etc. That is, plans for a review, an update, redesign, rearrangement, etc. of product will not be thought of. 6. Convincing and satisfactory explanation of invention or development can be made by who produced or created thing. That is, a public reading, display or presentation, performance, demonstration, etc., as applicable, can take place. 7.
