Purposeful to cut or separate amount (to emphasize). 2. Considered a necessity to have amount apart (connect to #1). 3. Size or measurement, quantity or quantities, etc. is right. 4. Features of amount will be complete and exactly those desired. That is, quality will be thoroughly analyzed, examined, and carefully planned before a chop, division, slash, etc. 5. Amount can and will remain in the state in which it was cut or separated, if desired, for duration required. 6. Ordinarily brings no unplanned loss to the rest part, area, etc. 7. Will be possible to join, re-attach, add back, etc., as applicable. That is, amount will be useful or usable - can be engaged, patronized, etc. - as desired, if necessary. 8.
