There will be adequate time and space required to study the thing. And no deliberate effort to make thing difficult would have been made. 3. Its outcome or fallout will be definite - even if unpredictable - and understandable - whether end result is profitable or unprofitable. 4. An (assumed) ability and the wherewithal will be possessed to undertake an attempt to unravel complex or complicated fact or event. 5. Matter (fact) or occurrence (event) will be present for all time, even if it happens in a cyclically or in fits and starts or ... . 6. A desire to grasp the fundamentals involved will always remain. That is, fact or event will be relevant and current when it occurs. 7. The fact will be whole and conclusive or event will be concluded and completed; no limitation or restriction concerning the issue. 8.
