Has a provision or facilities to contain or fight a fire. 7. Place is registered and the designs of its structure(s) are approved or authorized accordingly. That is, has a name, an address, etc. (And station is subject to periodic inspection by, while also making appropriate returns to, the regulatory authorities.) 8. Place or building has general facilities - conveniences, parking lot(s), provision for car wash, etc., as desired. 9. Products (= petrol/gas, oils, etc.) are always available, even if hoarded for whatever purpose(s). 10. Has some unique, specialized facilities, such as a service bay, free air, lubrication, etc. 11.
