| PERPETRATION Definition: The act of committing a crime or doing something wrong. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Criminal or wrongdoer knows what he or she aims to achieve. That is, there is a purpose for act (to emphasize). 2. There will be a justification, in the eyes of criminal or wrongdoer. That is, act will be believed a necessity (connect to #1). 3. Expectation before commencement of doing a bad or wrong act will be to not suffer a loss, danger, disadvantage, etc. in any form, whatever benefit(s) is/are hoped for. 4. The bad or wrong or illegality or evil that needs to be done will be started as decided. That is, real criminal action or negative activity happens as planned or decided. 5. (Reserved.) (No unwilling person will be forced to aid or abet crime, especially where criminality or wrongness cannot be successfully executed by only one 'bad guy'.) 6. Demeaning, disgraceful, negative, non-progressive, etc. act or action will not be willingly admitted while being done, especially if criminal action is witnessed by others (to emphasize, connect to #7). 7. Imprudence is gotten away with. That is, criminal or wrongdoer escapes a sanction or punishment or disgrace - forget his or her conscience! In other words, impunity is thorough and complete. 8.
