| PERFORMANCE-RELATED PAY Definitions: i. The money that is earned that depends on how well a job was done. ii. (business) A rate of pay which is based on how well someone does their job. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to have system in place. 2. Target(s) will not be that/those set by the employee/worker. 3. The chance to do the work will be available for as long as desired. 4. Schedule of duties or what to do will not be chaotic or confusing. 5. Assessment of work done will be done proficiently and impartially. 6. Approval or authorization for payment will be prompt or timely. 7. Performance (= hard work, etc.) will not cause an unplanned loss. 8.
